Shipping And Returns
When the order is shipped, clients will receive an e-mail from barenavenezia.com ( and also directly from the courier) specifying the tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment status.
Barena Venezia S.r.l. reserves the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank. Once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order.
If different checkout orders are placed separately they will be shipped separately. www.barenavenezia.com reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped.
It is at the sole discretion of Barena Venezia S.r.l. to reserve the right to decline to process an order and/or offer service to anyone at any time.
Orders will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to fridays. Orders are shipped by FedEX, DHL or TNT.
We currently ship to the following countries:

You can return products within 14 working days from the date on which they were delivered.
We do not provide an exchange service, altho you can place a new order to get the item you want and, in the meantime, send back to us the product you are not satisfied about.
In order to return products you will need to:
1 – send a written notice to this email address: firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the order number, name and address
2 – we will provide you with a Returning Merchandise Code that can be used for returning us an item through DHL
3 – when you contact DHL for the pickup of the items, the code we provided will be used in the Shipment Airwaybill for returning the item to us
4 – after receiving the item and checking of its integrity we will process the refund within maximum 30 working days from the date of the return.
To be accepted the products must be:
Properly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition and equipped with all accessories, instructions or documentation;
Bear the transport document (present in the original), in order to allow Barena Venezia S.r.l. to identify the customer (order number, name and address);
Without manifest signs of use, except those that are compatible with the operation of a normal test article.
If the returned product does not comply with the characteristics described above, the withdrawal will not be effective.
The risks related to the destruction or damage of returned products in a shipment shall be borne by the customer; if the returned items will not be considered intact the withdrawal will not be effective. The shipping costs related to the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer. If the products will be properly returned in original packaging intact in all of its parts, Barena Venezia S.r.l. will refund the amount paid usually within 14 days from the date of receipt of notice of exercise of the withdrawal or, if earlier, the date on which it received the returned products from the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where Barena Venezia finds:
Use or partially use of the item;
The lack of external and / or internal packaging;
The absence of elements of the product;
Damage to the product.
In this case Barena Venezia S.rl. will return to sender the item purchased and charge to the Customer the shipping costs.
Authorized returns from Barena Venezia S.r.l. must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
Barena Venezia S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse the return of a product that does not meet the requirements specified above.
