Shipping
When the order is shipped, clients will receive an e-mail from barenavenezia.com ( and also directly from the courier) specifying the tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment status.
Barena Venezia S.r.l. reserves the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank. Once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order.
If different checkout orders are placed separately they will be shipped separately. www.barenavenezia.com reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped.
It is at the sole discretion of Barena Venezia S.r.l. to reserve the right to decline to process an order and/or offer service to anyone at any time.
Orders will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to fridays. Orders are shipped by DHL.

Returns
Returns and Size Exchanges
You can return products or request a size exchange free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
How to Request a Return or Size Exchange
You can easily request a return or size exchange through our Returns Portal.
To proceed:

Enter your order number and the email address used to place your order to access the return request form.

Choose whether you would like to request a refund or a size exchange.

Follow the instructions provided through the portal to arrange your free return shipment.
Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products should:

Be properly packaged, preferably in their original packaging, with all original accessories and documentation.

Be returned with all original labels and tags, where possible.

Show no signs of wear or use beyond what is necessary to check the fit, nature and characteristics of the product.
Customers are responsible for any reduction in the value of returned products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Barena Venezia S.r.l. reserves the right to assess the condition of returned products in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, the items will be inspected and the refund will be processed accordingly.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, without undue delay and within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Barena Venezia S.r.l. may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received or until you have provided proof of their return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Additional Information
Returns and size exchanges arranged through our Returns Portal are free of charge.
Returns must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
