Order
We process all orders received before 11:30 AM (CET) on the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day. Once processed, delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic orders arrive in 1-3 business days.
- International orders can take anywhere from 3-5 business days.
We will send you a confirmation email with all the delivery details once your order has shipped.
No, we ship delivery duty paid (DDP) therefore you won't have to pay any additional customs taxes or duties when you receive the order.
If you have received an item that does not correspond to what you ordered we invite you to contact us via email to receive help.
All sizes on our store follow the standard Italian sizing. You can find our size guide to convert your size, or feel free to contact us if you need any help before you place your order.
Shipping
Yes, we ship to customers worldwide. Shipping costs may be applied to orders below a certain amount and will be calculated at checkout. For a complete list of the countries we serve, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.
Yes, we'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your order has been picked up. It will include your DHL tracking number.
It depends, if your order hasn't been processed yet, you can request a cancellation by contacting our customer care team at customers@barenavenezia.com
Once your parcel has been shipped, you'll receive a text message or email from DHL. From the link inside the message you can update your delivery address.
Payment & Refunds
We accept a wide range of payment options to make your shopping experience seamless. You can pay with all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Additionally, we support popular digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Other payment methods like Klarna or Bank Transfer are also available at checkout.
With every order, a commercial invoice is provided and shipped along with your parcel. The invoice is also digitally included in the Air Waybill (AWB) to expedite customs clearance for international shipments. After the order is confirmed, it’s not possible to update invoicing details or replace the original invoice.
Once we receive the package, the refund is processed within 5 business days. After that, it may take 2 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
Yes, an order confirmation including the receipt is automatically sent to your email. Additionally, the invoice for your order is included inside the package.
