Barena Venezia is pleased to announce the opening of a dedicated pop-up space on the first floor of Rinascente, Milan. This corner offers an immersive look into the brand’s soul, presenting a selection from our Spring Summer '26 Collection where refined tailoring meets signature textile research and the effortless character that defines the brand.

Accompanying the collection is a unique artistic installation of Forcole, the iconic sculpted oar rests central to Venetian nautical heritage, handcrafted by master artisan Saverio Pastor. On display are the "Forcole da Topo" in light maple, known as "Mitria" for their symmetry. They were traditionally used on small "Bragossetti", fishing boats of the lagoon, and are shown here in their two variants: the taller one for the stern and the lower one for the bow. Completing the installation is a dark walnut forcola from the prow of a wedding gondola, linked to ceremonial use.

We invite you to visit La Rinascente to discover the new collection where contemporary style and ancient craftsmanship exist in perfect harmony.
